The ACI Thermistor Snap Disc Sensor Series features stainless steel, brass, or white plastic button sensors with two 24-inch, 22AWG etched Teflon color-coded leads for distinguishing between different sensor types. These sensors are manufactured using ACI's proven encapsulation process to eliminate moisture effects on the sensor, and utilize high-quality thermally conductive epoxy to improve response time. The sensor features a compact, low-profile design suitable for applications where aesthetics are a high priority. Each unit includes a mounting kit and can be concealed under cabinets or shelves, behind decorative metal plates, trim strips, or drywall, or suspended from a 1/2-inch conduit dropped from a ceiling or roof. Please note that if the sensor is to be painted, apply as little paint as possible to avoid compromising the sensor's accuracy or responsiveness.
