Descrizione
The TPS62745 is a high - efficiency, ultra - low - power synchronous step - down converter optimized for low - power wireless applications. It provides a regulated output with a quiescent current of only 400 nA. The device is powered by two rechargeable lithium - ion batteries or four to six alkaline batteries. The input voltage range of the device is up to 10 V, so it can also be powered by a USB port and a thin - film solar module. The output voltage is set through four VSEL pins. The voltage range of the TPS62745 is from 1.8 V to 3.3 V; the voltage range of the TPS627451 is from 1.3 V to 2.8 V. The TPS62745 uses a small output capacitor and features low output ripple voltage and low noise. An internal input voltage switch controlled by the EN_VIN_SW pin connects the supply voltage to the VIN_SW pin. This switch is dedicated to an external voltage divider to proportionally reduce the input voltage of an external ADC. When the supply voltage is below the undervoltage lockout threshold, this switch automatically opens. The TPS62745 comes in a small 12 - pin 3 mm×2 mm WSON package.
