Descrizione
LC05732ARA is a protection IC for single-cell lithium-ion batteries with integrated power MOSFETs. It also integrates a high-precision detection circuit and detection delay circuit to protect against overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent discharge, and overcurrent charge. In addition, the host system can perform its own power-on reset by using a reset signal to turn off the charge FET and discharge FET of the LC05732ARA for a period of time. A complete battery protection system can be implemented with only the LC05732ARA and a few external components.

- Integrated charge/discharge power MOSFETs at TA = 25℃, VCC = 4.0V
- On-resistance (charge + discharge combined): 4.8mΩ (typ.)
- High-accuracy detection voltage/current at TA = 25℃, VCC = 3.7V
- Overcharge detection: ±25mV
- Overdischarge detection: ±50mV
- Charge overcurrent detection: ±0.7A
- Discharge overcurrent detection: ±0.7A
- Detection and release delay times (internally fixed)
- Discharge/charge overcurrent detection compensates for power FET temperature dependence
- 0V battery charging: "Prohibited"
- Auto-wakeup function, battery charging: "Prohibited"
- Forced charge FET and discharge FET shutdown mode: RSTB > VDD×0.9, charge FET and discharge FET = ON; RSTB < VDD×0.1, charge FET and discharge FET = OFF
- Lead-free, halogen-free/brominated flame retardant-free, RoHS compliant
