SGMICRO SGM8535BYN5G/TR

SGM8535 (single-channel), SGM8536 (dual-channel), SGM8537 (single-channel with shutdown), and SGM8538 (quad-channel) are rail-to-rail output voltage feedback amplifiers. They feature a wide input common-mode voltage range and output voltage swing, with a minimum operating supply voltage as low as 1.8V and a maximum recommended supply voltage of 5.5V. Each amplifier in the SGM8535/6/7/8 family delivers 1.5MHz bandwidth at a low supply current of 80μA. The extremely low input bias current makes the SGM8535/6/7/8 suitable for integrators, photodiode amplifiers, and piezoelectric sensors. The rail-to-rail output is beneficial for designers buffering ASICs in single-supply systems. Applications for these amplifiers include security monitoring, portable devices, battery and power control, and sensor signal conditioning and interfacing in ultra-low-power systems. The SGM8535/6/7/8 operate over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The SGM8535 single-channel amplifier is available in green SOT-23-5, SC70-5, MSOP-8, and SOIC-8 packages. The SGM8536 dual-channel amplifier is available in green SOIC-8 and MSOP-8 packages. The SGM8537 single-channel amplifier with shutdown is available in green SOT-23-6, MSOP-8, and SOIC-8 packages. The SGM8538 quad-channel amplifier is available in green SOIC-14 and TSSOP-14 packages.
