Descrizione
The TSOP373.. and TSOP375.. series are miniature receiver modules for IR remote control systems. A PIN diode and a preamplifier are assembled on a PCB, with an IR filter integrated in the epoxy package. The demodulated output signal can be directly connected to a microprocessor for decoding. The TSOP373.. series devices are optimized to suppress virtually all spurious pulses from energy-saving light sources such as compact fluorescent lamps. With continuous transmission, AGC3 may also suppress some data signals. For new designs, the TSOP373.. series featuring the newer AGC3 is recommended. The TSOP375.. series incorporates the more robust AGC5 and is intended for use in severely noisy environments only. These components are not qualified to automotive specifications.
