Also it is applicable to the non-portable communication equipments. As the RP173x includes Reverse Current Protection Circuit, there is little leakage current, if it is used as back-up circuit. Packages are available in SOT-23-5, SC-88A, and 1-mm square DFN(PL)1010-4 packages. High density mounting of the ICs on boards is possible.
