The CS32L01X series ultra-low-power microcontrollers feature an embedded 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ core running at up to 24MHz, with 64KB of embedded Flash, up to 8KB of SRAM, and a rich set of integrated peripherals including a 12-bit 1Msps high-precision SAR ADC, RTC, comparators, operational amplifiers, multiple UART, SPI, I2C, OWI, and PWM interfaces. These devices offer high integration, strong noise immunity, and excellent reliability. The CS32L01X series microcontrollers operate over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and a supply voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V. The devices provide a range of power-saving modes with current consumption as low as 1μA, catering to diverse low-power applications.
