Beschreibung
This is an LDO regulator with an output current of 1.0A. Output voltage accuracy is ±1%. The output voltage can be set arbitrarily (ranging from 1.5V to 13.0V) via external resistors. It comes in an HTSOP-J8 package. Integrated internally are overcurrent protection (preventing IC damage due to output short circuits), a circuit current switch (for setting circuit current to 0μA in shutdown mode), and a thermal shutdown circuit (preventing thermal damage under overload conditions). Compatible with ceramic capacitors, contributing to smaller device size and longer service life.
