BDR6120S is a DC brushed motor driver IC designed for electronic locks, electric toothbrushes, toys, consumer products, and other low-voltage or battery-powered motion control applications. The BDR6120S delivers a peak output DC current of 2.5A with a continuous current of 1A; VDD operating range is 2.2~7.5V. The BDR6120S features a single PWM (INA-INB) input, low output on-resistance, and comes in a SOT23-6 package. Integrated protections include overcurrent protection, undervoltage protection, and built-in hysteresis thermal shutdown protection.
