HXY MOSFET ADUM1280CRZ-HXY

The ADUM128x is a high-performance, 2-channel digital isolator with precise timing characteristics and low power dissipation. When isolating CMOS digital I/O, the device provides high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions. All versions feature Schmitt trigger inputs for high noise immunity. The logic input and output buffers of each isolation channel are separated by a silicon dioxide insulating barrier. The ADUM1280/85 devices feature two forward channels, while the ADuM1281/86 features one reverse and one forward channel. All devices offer fail-safe mode options. If the input-side power supply is lost or the signal is absent, devices with suffixes 5/6 default to a low output, while devices with suffixes 0/1 default to a high output. The device offers high insulation capability, helping to prevent noise and surges on data buses or other circuits from entering the local ground and interfering with or damaging sensitive circuits. Its high common-mode transient immunity ensures correct transmission of digital signals. The device is available in an 8-pin SOP package. All products carry a 3.75kVRMS isolation rating, with wide-body package versions supporting insulation withstand voltages up to 5kVRMS.
