Descrizione
This third-generation Primary-Side Regulation (PSR), highly integrated PWM controller incorporates multiple features to enhance the performance of low-power flyback converters. The FSEZ1317's proprietary TRUECURRENT topology enables precise constant-current (CC) regulation and simplifies circuit design for battery charger applications. Compared to conventional designs or linear transformers, it enables the development of lower-cost, smaller, and lighter chargers. To minimize standby power consumption, the proprietary Green Mode provides off-time modulation, linearly reducing PWM frequency under light-load conditions. Green Mode helps power supplies meet energy-saving requirements. Using the FSEZ1317, chargers require only a minimal number of external components, keeping costs to a minimum.
