Mixic L9110S

A dual-channel push-pull power amplifier ASIC designed for controlling and driving toy motors, integrating discrete circuits into a single-chip IC to reduce peripheral component costs and improve overall system reliability. The chip's input is compatible with TTL/CMOS logic levels with good noise immunity. The circuit features high current drive capability, with a continuous current of 0.8～1.0A per channel and a peak current capability of up to 2.5A. The circuit incorporates over-temperature protection, and the built-in clamp diodes can dissipate reverse inrush current from inductive loads.
