QFN 32-pin package, I/O voltage: 1.8V–5.5V, core voltage: 1.8V–3.6V, maximum continuous data output rate of 1MHz, temperature range -40°C–125°C, 4-wire SPI interface, pulse generator, clock calibration unit, precise stop pulse enable window, independent rising/falling edge triggering or simultaneous rising and falling edge triggering. Features higher accuracy and a smaller package, making it especially suitable for low-cost industrial applications. Incorporates high-speed pulse generator, stop signal enable, temperature measurement, and clock control functions, making it particularly well-suited for ultrasonic flow measurement and heat measurement applications.
