The HT73XX series is a CMOS step-down voltage regulator featuring high ripple rejection, low power consumption, and low dropout characteristics, with integrated overcurrent and short-circuit protection. The device offers an ultra-low typical quiescent current of 3.0μA, capable of delivering up to 250mA output current under minimal input-to-output voltage differential while maintaining good voltage regulation. The maximum allowable input voltage is 18V.
