The CTM8251AT/CTM8251T is a high-speed CAN isolated transceiver module series that integrates an isolated power supply, signal isolation chip, and CAN transceiver chip into a single CAN bus transceiver module. The module's primary function is to convert logic-level signals to CAN bus differential levels for signal isolation. It features a built-in regulated isolated power supply capable of 2500VDC electrical isolation, along with high ESD protection. The module can be easily embedded into user equipment, enabling seamless CAN bus network connectivity.
