0.5W axial-lead glass Zener voltage regulators in the 1N5518 to 1N5546 series, offering voltage selections from 3.3V to 33V with tolerances ranging from ±1% to ±20%. Unless otherwise specified, the standard tolerance is ±5% with a "B" suffix. These axial-lead glass DO-35 Zener diodes are also available with an internal metallurgical bond option. This bonded Zener package construction is available in JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV specifications. Microsemi also offers many other Zener products to meet higher and lower power application requirements.
