Descrizione
High-performance, low-power 32-bit Precision32™ microcontroller family with up to 256kB flash. Features a 32-bit ARM® Cortex™-M3 CPU running at up to 80MHz with single-cycle multiply and hardware divide, and an NVIC with 16 priority levels. Includes 32–256kB in-system programmable flash, 8–32kB SRAM (with 4kB reserved SRAM), a 16-channel DMA controller, and an external bus interface supporting up to 16MB external memory and a parallel LCD interface at QVGA resolution. Offers versatile power management with multiple low-power mode optimizations. Multiple clock sources available, operating temperature range -40 to +85°C, multiple package options. Rich analog, digital, and communication peripherals, multiple timers/counters, up to 65 flexible I/Os, and on-chip debug support. Supply voltage: 2.7 to 5.5V with regulator enabled, 1.8 to 3.6V with regulator disabled.
