Descrizione
LM2623-Q1 is a high-efficiency, general-purpose boost DC/DC switching regulator for automotive systems. The device accepts input voltages between 0.9V and 14V and converts them to a regulated output voltage of 1.24V to 14V. To accommodate a wide range of applications, the LM2623-Q1 allows designers to program the output voltage, operating frequency (300kHz to 2MHz), and duty cycle (17% to 90%) to optimize performance. The selected values can be fixed or varied with the input voltage or input/output voltage ratio. The LM2623-Q1 achieves good efficiency and stable operation over a wide operating range using a very simple on/off regulation mode. The device typically regulates voltage via pulse skipping (pulse frequency modulation (PFM)).
