It integrates multi-level cell NAND flash memory with an e-MMC controller in a single package, providing a standard interface to the host system. The integrated controller directly manages the NAND flash media, offloading the host processor from tasks including flash media error control, wear leveling, NAND flash management, and performance optimization. The standard interface ensures compatibility with future NAND flash generations, simplifying product lifecycle maintenance.
