Descrizione
The LMV55x are high-performance, low-power op amps fabricated on an advanced VIP50 process. These devices feature 3MHz bandwidth with a supply current of only 37μA per amplifier, offering an outstanding bandwidth-to-power ratio among comparable op amps. These ultralow-power amplifiers are unity-gain stable, providing an excellent solution for ultralow-power applications requiring wide bandwidth. The LMV55x features a rail-to-rail output stage and an extended input common-mode range that extends below ground. The LMV55x operates from a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. These amplifiers operate over a wide temperature range (-40°C to 125°C), making them ideal for automotive, sensor, and portable instrumentation applications.
