The M5100 series pressure sensors from MEAS's Microfused™ family set a new price-performance benchmark for demanding commercial and heavy industrial applications. This series is designed for measuring liquid or gas pressure, including challenging media such as contaminated water, steam, and mildly corrosive fluids. The sensor pressure cavity is machined from a single piece of 17-4 PH stainless steel. Standard versions feature 1/4 NPT pipe threads, enabling a leak-free, all-metal sealing system. With no O-rings, weld seams, or organic materials exposed to the pressure medium, the durability is exceptional. The M5100 complies with the latest heavy industrial CE requirements, including surge protection, and offers overvoltage protection up to 16Vdc in both positive and negative polarity. This product targets medium-to-high volume OEM customers. While standard versions suit a wide range of applications, our dedicated design team at the Sensor Engineering Center stands ready to deliver semi-custom designs where volume and application requirements allow.
