Beschreibung
The MSP430 Ultra-Low Power (ULP) FRAM platform combines unique embedded FRAM with an overall ultra-low power system architecture, enabling innovators to increase performance with a lower energy budget. FRAM technology combines the speed, flexibility, and durability of SRAM with the stability and reliability of flash memory at a much lower power consumption. The MSP430 ULP FRAM product family includes a set of various devices using FRAM, the ULP 16-bit MSP430 CPU, and intelligent peripherals suitable for a variety of applications. The ULP architecture features seven low-power modes, which are optimized for extending battery life in energy-constrained applications.
