Descrizione
TI's MSP series of ultra-low-power microcontrollers comes in a wide variety. Each member device is equipped with different peripheral sets to meet the needs of various applications. This architecture, when used in conjunction with multiple low-power modes, is the optimal choice for extending the battery life of portable measurement applications. The device features a powerful 16-bit RISC CPU that uses 16-bit registers and a constant generator to achieve the highest coding efficiency. This digitally controlled oscillator (DCO) enables the device to wake up from a low-power mode to an active mode within 3.5µs (typical).
The MSP430F524x series belongs to microcontrollers and is equipped with four 16-bit timers, a high-performance 10-bit ADC, two USCI, a hardware multiplier, DMA, a comparator, and an RTC module with an alarm function. The MSP430F523x series of microcontrollers includes all the peripherals of the MSP430F524x series except the ADC.
