Descrizione
The MA4E1339 series is a silicon medium barrier Schottky diode designed for mixer, detector, and limiter circuits. These diodes are also suitable for anti-parallel and parallel power surge protection circuits in 50Ω and 75Ω systems. The MA4E1339 series Schottky diodes are available in SOT-23 (case style 287), SOT-323 (case style 1146), SC-79 (case style 1279), and SOD 323 (case style 1141) plastic packages. These packages are provided in tape-and-reel format for automated placement and PCB SMT, indicated by the suffix "T" in the part number. These 20V silicon medium barrier Schottky diodes are suitable for detector, limiter, mixer, and surge protection applications over a frequency range from DC to 6GHz.
