Beschreibung
The LMR36006-Q1 regulator is an easy-to-use synchronous step-down DC/DC converter. The device features integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs, capable of delivering up to 0.6A of output current over a wide input voltage range of 4.2V to 60V. Tolerant up to 66V. The LMR36006-Q1 employs peak current mode control to provide optimal efficiency and output voltage accuracy. Using advanced high-speed circuitry, the LMR36006-Q1 achieves regulation from a 20V input to a 5V output at a fixed frequency of 2.1MHz. Precision enable supports direct connection to a wide input voltage or precise control of device startup and shutdown, providing design flexibility. A power-good flag with built-in filtering and delay provides a true indication of system status, eliminating the need for an external supervisor. The LMR36006-Q1 is available in a HotRod package, achieving low EMI, higher efficiency, and an ultra-small package-to-die ratio. The device requires minimal external components and features a pin assignment that simplifies PCB layout. The LMR36006-Q1's compact solution size and versatile feature set are designed to simplify implementation across a wide range of end equipment.
