Beschreibung
SIT75179B is a 4.5V~5.5V full-duplex differential transceiver that fully complies with TIA/EIA-485/422 standards. SIT75179B integrates one driver and one receiver, both capable of independent signal transmission. With 1/8 unit load, up to 256 SIT75179B transceivers can be connected in parallel on the same communication bus. Error-free data transmission at up to 10Mbps is supported. SIT75179B operates over a supply voltage range of 4.5V~5.5V, featuring fail-safe protection, current limiting, overvoltage protection, and hot-swap capable control inputs. SIT75179B offers excellent ESD protection, with HBM rating up to ±15KV.
