Descrizione
The SGM3836D is specifically designed to power AMOLED displays requiring V_AVDD, V_ELVDD, and V_ELVSS. The device integrates two boost converters — VO1 for V_ELVDD and VO3 for V_AVDD — along with an inverting buck-boost converter VO2 for V_ELVSS. The output voltages of all three converters can be programmed in digital steps via the digital interface control pin (CTRL). The SGM3836D is available in a Green TQFN-3×3-16L package, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.

- Input voltage range: 2.9V to 4.5V
- Synchronous boost converter (ELVDD): Output voltage 4.6V to 5.0V, 100mV step, default output voltage 4.6V, 1% accuracy, output voltage sensing pin (FBS) for path loss compensation
- Synchronous inverting buck-boost converter (ELVSS): Output voltage -5.4V to -1.4V, 100mV step, default output voltage -4.0V, 1.1% accuracy at -4.0V
- ELVDD and ELVSS combined output current capability: 800mA at 4.6V / -2.5V (V_IN = 3.1V); 780mA at 4.6V / -2.7V (V_IN = 3.1V); 750mA at 4.6V / -3.0V (V_IN = 3.1V); 630mA at 4.6V / -4.0V (V_IN = 3.1V); 510mA at 4.6V / -5.4V (V_IN = 3.1V)
- Synchronous boost converter (AVDD): Output voltage 5.8V to 7.9V, 300mV step, default output voltage 6.7V, 1% accuracy, 100mA output current capability
- V_IN and V_OUT bidirectional isolation
- Short-circuit protection (SCP), overload protection, thermal shutdown
- V_ELVSS startup delay: 10ms
- Short-circuit and overload protection detection time: 1ms
- Green TQFN-3×3-16L package
