Broadcom HSMQ-C120

These compact chip LEDs utilize high-efficiency, high-brightness indium gallium nitride material, delivering cost-competitive, high-performance blue and green light output. The 520 nm green and 470 nm blue provide distinctive hues that enable color differentiation across product lines. This series of chip LEDs is available in top-emitting, side-emitting, or reverse-mount packages. The side-emitting package is particularly suited for LCD backlighting applications. The top-emitting package features a wide viewing angle, making it ideal for direct backlighting applications or use with light pipes. For ease of pick-and-place operations, these chip LEDs are supplied on tape and reel. All packages are compatible with IR reflow soldering and are binned by color and luminous intensity.
