LuxStrip II A006 is a powerful, compact light engine built on a PCB and thermally designed to accommodate high-brightness LEDs. Using "onboard driver" technology, the entire assembly can be easily integrated into luminaires with limited space. LuxStrip II is an ideal solution for applications including general illumination, fluorescent lamp replacement, signage, channel letters, and architectural lighting. The standard 12-inch LuxStrip II can be equipped with up to six CREE XP-E or XP-G devices. The light strip can be cut to specific lengths, with a minimum length of 4 inches. Strips are designed to be interconnected to achieve various lengths, with a maximum deployment length of 12 feet. Optical elements for directional lighting are also available. Standard optical options are 5°, 8°, and 20°. Additional options can be added to meet custom application requirements. Unlike conventional PCBs, LuxStrip II features an onboard driver conveniently integrated on the board, allowing the use of a fixed-voltage power supply. Industry-standard 24VDC power supplies are well suited for use with LuxStrip II. This is made possible by the LUXdrive series power modules, which accept a fixed voltage input while maintaining true constant-current regulated output for the LEDs. Power and dimming control voltages are connected via slim board-to-board connectors at the end of the strip, with a unique polarized connection to ensure correct assembly. Multiple strips can be stacked/connected together, with a typical length of up to 12 feet. "Stub" sections can be shortened in 2-inch increments to meet any length requirement.
