Beschreibung
NTE metal oxide varistors feature barrier layers that enable fast response times. These devices exhibit high transient current handling capability when high voltage is applied. Under low voltage conditions, however, the static resistance is very high, allowing low standby leakage current. The NTE 1V series varistors have nonlinear voltage/current characteristics expressed by the relationship: I = K × V^n, where I is current (in amperes), V is voltage, K is a constant, and n is a constant representing the dependence of current I on voltage V, known as the voltage-dependent exponent.
