개요
The XCL213/XCL214 series is a synchronous step-down micro DC/DC converter that integrates an inductor and control IC in a single compact package. The internal coil simplifies the circuit and minimizes noise and other operational issues caused by circuit wiring. A wide operating voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V supports applications requiring internally fixed output voltages. This series employs synchronous rectification at an operating frequency of 3.0MHz with HiSAT-COT control. Optional HiSAT-COT+PWM control or HiSAT-COT+auto PWM/PFM switching control is available. The series features high-speed soft-start with a typical time as fast as 0.3ms for rapid startup. A built-in UVLO function forces the internal P-channel drive transistor to turn off when the input voltage drops to 2.0V or below. When the CE pin is low, the integrated output capacitor discharge function releases the charge on the output capacitor through an internal discharge switch located between the LX and VSS pins. Power consumption will be less than 1.0μA.
