Terminal-to-terminal test voltage: 1.6 × Ur (DC) applied for 10s or 2 × Ur (DC) applied for 2s, at 25 ± 5°C; terminal-to-case test voltage: 3kV 50÷60Hz applied for 60s, at 25 ± 5°C. Damp heat test (steady state): list of permissible high-humidity and temperature tests; bias test applies only to production codes after March 2019; bias test applies rated Ur (DC only). Performance: capacitance change ≤ ±2% in test "a", ≤ ±10% in tests "b" and "c"; DF change ≤ 0.0010 (at 1kHz) in test "a", ≤ 2 × initial limit (at 1kHz) in tests "b" and "c"; RINS ≥ 50% of initial limit. Typical capacitance change vs. operating time: −5% capacitance change after 30,000 hours at Urms or 100,000 hours at Ur. Expected lifetime ≥ 100,000 hours (Ur); failure rate: 300/10⁶ component hours. Soldering heat resistance test conditions: solder bath temperature = +260 ± 5°C, immersion time (with heat shield) = 7 ± 1s; performance: capacitance change ≤ ±1%, DF change ≤ 0.0010 (at 1kHz), RINS ≥ 50% of initial limit.
