TI TPS53313RGER

The TPS53313 is a 5V or 12V synchronous buck converter with two integrated N-channel MOSFETs. Low RDS(on) and proprietary SmoothPWM skip-mode operation optimize light-load efficiency without compromising output voltage ripple. The TPS53313 features a programmable switching frequency (250kHz to 1.5MHz) with selectable skip mode or forced CCM operation. The device offers pre-biased startup, soft stop, integrated bootstrap switch, power-good function, and EN/input undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection. It supports input voltages from 4.5V to 16V with no additional bias voltage required. The adjustable output voltage range is 0.6V to 0.7 × VIN. The TPS53313 is available in a 4mm × 4mm 24-pin VQFN package (green, RoHS-compliant, and lead-free), rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
