Ultra-low power, high-sensitivity N-pole unipolar Hall switch sensor. The internal circuit includes a Hall element, voltage regulator module, signal amplification and processing module, dynamic offset cancellation module, latch module, and CMOS output stage. Utilizing advanced Bi-CMOS process technology and an optimized circuit architecture, extremely low input error feedback is achieved. Dynamic offset cancellation technology eliminates offset voltage caused by package stress, thermal stress, and temperature gradients, improving device consistency. Compact packaging process delivers high performance and market advantages. Available in miniaturized SOT-23 SMT package, with an operating temperature range of -20~85°C.
