Beschreibung
The SSP7903 series are positive voltage output, three-terminal regulators capable of delivering high current even with small input/output voltage differentials. Low power consumption and high accuracy are achieved through the use of CMOS and laser trimming technologies. These devices consist of a high-precision voltage reference, an error amplifier circuit, and a current-limiting output driver. Transient response to load variations is improved compared to existing series.
