ADI AD5060BRJZ-1500RL7

The AD5040 and AD5060 are low power, single-channel 14/16-bit buffered voltage output DACs that operate from a 2.7V to 5.5V single supply. Relative accuracy is ±1LSB with guaranteed monotonic operation and differential nonlinearity (DNL) of ±1LSB. A flexible 3-wire serial interface operates at clock rates up to 30MHz and is compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP interface standards. The reference voltage is applied via an external V_REF pin.
