The MSADP151AUJZ-X.X-R7 series are high-accuracy, low-noise, fast-response LDO linear regulators fabricated using CMOS process technology. These devices integrate a fixed reference voltage, error correction circuit, current limiting circuit, phase compensation circuit, and a low on-resistance MOSFET, achieving high ripple rejection, low output noise, and fast transient response LDO performance. The series is compatible with smaller ceramic capacitors and eliminates the need for a 0.1μF bypass capacitor, helping to save board space and reduce cost. The high-accuracy output regulation and fast transient response capability allow the devices to effectively handle load current fluctuations, making them particularly suitable for handheld devices and RF products. The output can be disabled via the CE pin on the chip; the typical quiescent current in shutdown mode is only 1μA, significantly reducing power consumption.
