This microcontroller is a high-performance 8-bit RISC Flash MCU. It offers a comprehensive set of features and functions, with reprogrammable Flash memory providing significant convenience to users. The memory subsystem also includes a RAM data memory and a True EEPROM memory for storing non-volatile data such as serial numbers and calibration data.

In terms of analog features, the MCU integrates a multi-channel 12-bit A/D converter and a comparator function. Multiple flexible timer modules are provided, offering timing, pulse generation, and PWM generation capabilities. Built-in SPI, I2C, and UART interfaces give designers an easy way to communicate with external hardware. Protection features including an internal watchdog timer, low-voltage reset, and low-voltage detection, combined with excellent noise immunity and ESD protection, ensure reliable operation in harsh EMI environments.

The MCU offers a wide range of internal and external high-speed and low-speed oscillator options, with a fully integrated system oscillator that requires no external components.
