HXY MOSFET SRV05-4HTG-D-HXY

SRV05-4HTG-D is a low-capacitance TVS array designed to protect high-speed data interfaces. The device is intended to protect sensitive electronic components connected to data and transmission lines from overstress caused by ESD, while supporting high-speed differential data rates. It integrates four pairs of low-capacitance steering diodes and one TVS diode. The device provides ESD protection up to ±25kV contact discharge per IEC61000-4-2 and can withstand a 12A 8/20μs peak pulse current per IEC61000-4-5. The product is available in a SOT-23-6L package, with standard products being lead-free and halogen-free.
