SDH2136 is a three-phase gate driver IC for high-voltage, high-speed power devices such as N-type power MOSFETs and IGBTs, comprising three independent half-bridge driver circuits. Built-in dead time prevents simultaneous conduction of the upper and lower bridge arms. Integrated input signal filtering suppresses noise interference. An external enable control allows simultaneous shutdown of all six channel outputs. Additionally, it features UVLO and overcurrent protection, with immediate shutdown of all six channel outputs upon fault detection.
