The C0G dielectric has a maximum operating temperature of 125°C and is classified as "stable." The Electronic Industries Alliance (EIA) classifies C0G dielectric as a Class I material. These components feature temperature compensation and are suitable for resonant circuit applications or applications requiring stable Q factor and capacitance characteristics. C0G capacitance exhibits no variation over time or voltage, with negligible capacitance change relative to ambient temperature. Over the temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, capacitance change is limited to ±30 ppm/°C.
