INJOINIC IP3255AAV

The IP3255 series integrates a high-precision voltage detection circuit and delay circuit, designed as protection ICs for 3-cell or 4-cell series-connected lithium-ion/polymer rechargeable batteries. By switching the SEL pin, the IC can protect either 3-cell or 4-cell series battery configurations. Built-in charge/discharge NTC high/low temperature protection is included.

• Over-discharge detection voltage: 1.800V ~ 2.000V, step 50mV; 2.000V ~ 2.900V, step 100mV, accuracy ±80mV
• Over-discharge recovery voltage: 2.000V ~ 3.100V, step 100mV, accuracy ±100mV
• Overcurrent detection voltage 1: 0.03V ~ 0.34V, step 10mV, accuracy ±25mV
• Overcurrent detection voltage 2: 0.35V ~ 0.70V, step 50mV, accuracy ±50mV
• Short-circuit detection voltage: 1.20V fixed, accuracy ±0.3V
• Overcharge detection delay time, over-discharge detection delay time, and overcurrent detection delay time 1 are configurable via external capacitor (overcurrent detection delay time 2 and short-circuit detection delay time are internally fixed at 1ms and 200μs respectively)
