This series of Zener voltage regulators meets relevant standards for high-reliability applications where failures cannot be tolerated. These industry-recognized 1.5W Zener voltage regulators feature void-free glass construction with internal metallurgical bonds for hermetic sealing. The series includes 3.3V to 200V Zener selections with a standard tolerance of 5%, as well as tighter tolerances identified by different suffix letters in the part number. SMT package options are also available. Microsemi also offers a wide range of other Zener products to address higher and lower power rating requirements in through-hole and SMT packages.
