SC92F7490 is a high-speed 1T 8051-core industrial-grade Flash microcontroller with multiple communication interfaces, fully instruction-set compatible with the traditional 8051 product family.
The SC92F7490 integrates 16 Kbytes Flash ROM, 256 bytes + 256 bytes SRAM, 128 bytes EEPROM, up to 6 GP I/Os with external interrupt capability on all pins, three 16-bit timers, three 12-bit high-precision ADC channels, tiered I/O drive control (P0 and P2 ports), internal ±1% high-precision high-frequency 16/8/4/1.33 MHz oscillator, ±4% accuracy low-frequency 128K oscillator, SSI and other communication interfaces. To enhance reliability and simplify customer circuit design, the SC92F7490 also integrates a 4-level selectable voltage LVR, 2.4V reference ADC voltage, WDT, and other high-reliability circuits. The SC92F7490 features excellent EMI immunity, making it well suited for IoT control, large and small smart appliances, smart home, chargers, power supplies, drone/RC models, walkie-talkies, wireless communications, gaming consoles, and other industrial control and consumer applications.
