Descrizione
The HWB12 Series 58V 135A hardwired waterproof DC power distribution box is ideal for use as a main unit in small vehicles, or as an auxiliary and overflow circuit for a main PDM. The distribution box accommodates MINI fuses, MINI circuit breakers, 4-pin SPST relays, 5-pin SPDT relays, and MCAS fuses (adapter required, sold separately).
This hardwired PDM allows users to customize their own circuits by directly connecting wires to components. The wires are crimped to the harness via grommets to seal the bottom of the module. Terminal position assurance locks provide secondary retention, keeping wires securely in place. The HWB12 Series uses Tyco MCP terminals, cable seals, and cavity plugs.
The power distribution box is available with a clear or black gasket cover, offering dust- and waterproof protection to IP67, and features an AssureLatch positive-seal latch to ensure the cover is securely fastened. The clear cover option allows users to easily check the status of installed fuses, while the black cover provides full UL 94 V-0 flame retardant rating for applications that require it. A tether is also available separately to prevent cover loss during servicing.

- Terminal position assurance lock helps prevent wire disconnection due to vibration and accidental snagging
- Optional foam insert for relay retention
- High-temperature vent releases heat and pressure while maintaining IP protection rating
