Housed in an SMB Flat package for space savings, it is specifically engineered for clamping functions in energy recovery modules. The balance between forward voltage drop and recovery time delivers optimized performance. To evaluate conduction losses, the following formula can be used: P=0.95×I_F(AV)+0.10I_F²(RMS).
