Beschreibung
LV14360 is a 60V, 3A step-down regulator with an integrated high-side MOSFET. The device features a wide input range of 4.3V to 60V, suitable for power regulation from unregulated power supplies across applications ranging from industrial to automotive. The regulator's quiescent current of 300μA in sleep mode makes it ideal for battery-powered systems. Its ultra-low current of 1μA in shutdown mode further extends battery life. The regulator's wide adjustable switching frequency range enables optimization of either efficiency or external component size. Internal loop compensation eliminates the tedious task of designing loop compensation components while minimizing the number of external components. A precision enable input simplifies regulator control and system power sequencing. In addition, the device incorporates multiple protection features: cycle-by-cycle current limiting, thermal sensing and thermal shutdown protection against excessive power dissipation, and output overvoltage protection.
