The precision bandgap and error amplifier provide high accuracy — ±0.85% (maximum) at 25°C and ±1.5% (maximum) over the full operating temperature range. The device integrates thermal shutdown, current limiting, and UVLO protection. The TPS745-Q1 features internal foldback current limiting to help reduce power dissipation during short-circuit events.
