JSMSEMI TJA1050T-JSM

The TJA1050T meets or exceeds the specifications required for CAN applications as defined in the ISO 11898 standard. As a CAN transceiver, the TJA1050T provides differential transmission and reception capabilities for CAN controllers at signal transfer rates up to 1 Mbps.

The TJA1050T is designed to operate in harsh environments. Its bus pins feature ±12 kV ESD protection, support bus voltages from -58 V to 58 V, and incorporate built-in over-temperature protection and short-circuit protection circuits.

The TJA1050T serves as an interface between the CAN protocol controller and the physical bus. It is primarily intended for high-speed automotive applications with baud rates ranging from 60 kbps to 1 Mbps. It provides differential transmission capability to the bus and differential reception capability to the CAN protocol controller. It fully complies with the ISO 11898 standard.
