Descrizione
Ultra-low VF, soft-switching ultrafast rectifier optimized for Discontinuous (Critical) Conduction Mode (DCM) Power Factor Correction (PFC). Minimized conduction losses, optimized stored charge, and low recovery current minimize switching losses and reduce excess dissipation in switching elements and snubbers. The device can also be used as a freewheeling diode in power supplies and other power switching applications.
